Couples Counselling - $140 per hour
As a couples counsellor, I offer a safe, supportive, and respectful space where you can explore what’s happening in your relationship. My role is to act as an impartial guide as you:
• Navigate challenges
• Resolve conflict
• Explore patterns in your relationship
• Improve communication
• Develop tools for lasting change
• Deepen connection
• Build understanding, physical, and emotional intimacy

Counselling and/or Reiki - $80 per 30mins/ $140 per hour
Reiki is a Japanese holistic healing practice that is grounded on the belief that a universal life force energy flows through all living beings. When this energy becomes blocked issues can arise.
As a reiki practitioner my aim is to clear blockages, restore balance and encourage a deep, relaxing healing. This powerful practice promotes harmony across mind, body and spirit.
I’ve found the integration of counselling and Reiki can be highly effective, given the profound connection between our mental and physical well-being.
If you were to opt for both our sessions commence with open dialogue, allowing us to explore your needs and concerns, while also considering the holistic aspects of your health and healing journey. We will then move to the massage table where we work to remove energy blockages, release trauma and restore balance.
I believe everyone’s healing journey is unique, and there are many incredible treatments that can complement healing and growth.
Reiki is only available onsite in Currumbin not online
